Ever wanted to have a simple but very stylish and functional Newsletter Signup Form on your page? Here is the SignUp Stack to let you collect user information and build a news subscription list for your newsletters. There are many possibilities configuring this stack, from the visual design to where and how you want to add it. Add it to the sidebar the content or to an extra content spot. It is also possible to link to the form and hide it from the page. Whenever the user clicks the SignUp link, the form will magically be faded in. The stack uses the fabulous mlm script from the same guys that also develop MaxBulk Mailer. The script should work with or without MySQL but PHP support is a must.
